Açaí helps increase antioxidant levels to aid in neutralizing damaging free radicals, boosts energy levels, supports the immune system and promotes a healthy digestive system.

With all of these benefits and a delicious taste, who wouldn’t want to eat it?

Acai bowls look and taste like ice cream, but the difference is you feel good after eating them. 

 

Ingredients:

1 whole coconut (optional)

1 frozen banana

2 tbsp açaí powder

1 cup mixed frozen berries

1/2 cup coconut water

1 scoop hemp protein powder

1 tbsp chia seed

Toppings:

1/2 sliced banana

1 tsp. chia seeds

Directions:

  1. If you decide to serve the açaí bowl inside a coconut, drain and crack open the coconut.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour the smoothie into the coconut or a bowl and add the toppings. It’s as simple as that!
  4. There’s no one right way to make an acai bowl, so feel free to mix and match toppings and ingredients to your heart’s content.
