Ingredients:
1/2 cup flax seed
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp agave
1 cup cashew milk
Directions:
To a stove top pan:
- Add 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds
- Add 1/2 cup apple sauce, plain
- Add 1 tsp cinnamon
- Add 2 tbsp agave
- Add 1 cup cashew milk
- Place on medium high heat and continue to stir until the porridge thickens, about 10 minutes.
TIP:
Avoid overheating as this will make the porridge thick.
