Avocados are an excellent source of source of potassium, folate, fibre,, and monounsaturated fats, which helps protect against heart disease. This combined with spirulina makes this dip healthful!
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 - 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- Parsley, chopped
- Basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp of yogurt
- 10 spirulina pellets, crushed into powder or 4 grams of spirulina powder
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Halve the avocados and mash with a fork.
- Mix with the diced tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, yogurt, spirulina powder, and herbs.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
