These are perfect desserts for Memorial Day, Fourth of July cookout or even as a fruity summer snack idea.
Serve these rainbow fruit kebabs on their own, feed a crowd or assemble in the morning for a ready-to-eat snack for kids.
Fun, simple, healthy--and best of all—no cooking involved!
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Fresh Mango Chunks
- Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- Any Amrita Bar of your choice!
- 8 oz. coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon
- Skewers
Directions
- Combine 8 oz. of coconut yogurt
- Add 1 tbsp of vanilla and ¼ tbsp of cinnamon
- Mix the ingredients. Refrigerate.
- Slice your chosen fruits and bars into bite size pieces. Stick the fruit pieces and Amrita bars to skewers.
- Enjoy!

Chill in the fridge and eat them the next day. To keep fruits fresh, combine lemon juice and 1/8 cup of cold water in a spray bottle and shake it lightly. Spray all over the fruits. The lemon keeps the fruit fresh without changing its flavor.
