This Mango Coconut Oatmeal is a healthful, plant-based recipe that is so quick and easy to prepare, it makes an ideal breakfast or snack for you and your family!
Ingredients
- 40 g oatmeal

50 ml Oat milk
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1 fresh mango
Directions
- 1. In a saucepan, mix the oats, plant-based milk, coconut milk and date syrup and bring to a boil.
- 2. Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Top over the cooked oatmeal. Drizzle more date syrup and add coconut flakes if desired.
